Walter is a fourth generation Arizonan whose family has been developing land in Arizona since 1957. He has been a leading executive of numerous companies, including Master Sports Inc., Computer Decisions International Inc., Solaire, and Jonesport Sports Management.

Walter spearheads the initiatives in Leadership Development, representing the firm in cultivating a context for emerging leaders in the greater southwest.  He also leads the firm’s efforts in Arizona land development and brokerage, the work his father has spent nearly 50 years practicing.   He has been a principal in Crutchfield and Associates and C2 Commercial Properties, The Paladin Group, and Pentad. Walter specializes in the Southeast Valley and has led over $100 million of land transactions in Pinal County. He recently handled one of the largest annexations in the history of the Town of Florence (1800 acres). Walter currently manages a portfolio of $200 million in residential, resort, commercial, and industrial land holdings.
